LS2 Helmets any good? - Moto-Related - Vital MX
Aug 13, 2019 · I was in Chaparral moto for like 2 hours looking at helmets and comparing. LS2 is gaining popularity because its at the perfect price point of 250$ at that particular store, it seemed the helmet manufacturers go from 0$ to 100$ helmets then to 150$ <--- which all seem to suckass.. Then they jump to 400+ dollar helmets.

LS2 not only builds a great helmet... they are one of the only ones that builds their own as they own one of the few manufacturing facilities.

What helmet fits like HJC? - Moto-Related - Vital MX
Feb 20, 2012 · While I was waiting for paperwork stuff I was messing around with moto helmets. I currently wear a Shoei Evo in a Medium for moto and they fit pretty good. But I put on an HJC IJ50 or IS50 or whatever they are called and couldn’t even get the medium on but when I put on the large the heavens opened up and it fit me even better than the Shoei.
What helmet would you buy that is under $300 dollars?
Oct 14, 2017 · I just bought a SE5 carbon I found an open box deal on ebay but while scouring for deals I found some pretty good ones. Some of the composite ones on amazon for half off retail. The TLD helmets fit me great but no matter what you get id advise to find a closeout deal of older colors rather than a $300 retail helmet.
Need new helmet...best bang for the (reasonable) buck...opinions?
Oct 21, 2021 · What are people's experiences with the lower tier Alpinestars helmets? I think the sm-5 is the more budget-considerate version? My impression on helmet price is that the most expensive helmets are probably marginally safer, but the selling point seems to be lower weight. Also, when I'm considering new gear, I like to look at Kris Keefer's site.

Jun 17, 2020 · I've been wearing HJC the past few years. I'm currently using the FG-X model helmet that has been out since Chisholm ran them 7-8 years ago. It's been a good helmet so far only needing to replace the visor screws. The thing about the HJC that I wish they had is a MIPS system like Bell and TLD have in their helmets then it would be a game changer.
