Jun 2, 2011 · We are looking to buy a sofa and recliner from Value City Furniture.I have been seeing a lot of bad reviews online about the customer service and the quality of the furniture and it has been bothering me a lot. Does anyone have any personal experience with the store and the furniture bought there. Any suggestions will be welcome. Thanks

The dining room set I want I haven't seen in Big Lots or Value City & at the risk of sounding obnoxious, I probably wouldn't buy the set if I did see it in either of those stores. I was already a little leery because a friend recently bought a living room set there that we eventually saw in Value City (same price as ASG).

Don't lie and they people like one lady was not informative to know if the deliver ,men is coming back. She was rude.

Unless you just want to have something new, then I would do Regency or Value City.
