Manchester City reach agreement for Vitor Reis signing from Palmeiras
Manchester City have reached an agreement with Palmeiras for the signing of defender Vitor Reis. An initial fee of €35million (£29.5m, $35.8m) has been agreed, with City sources indicating bonuses would also be included as part of the deal.
