(Gray News) - A surfer died after being impaled in the chest by a swordfish. Italian surfer Giulia Manfrini, 36, was surfing off Indonesia’s West Sumatra coast when she was impaled in the chest by a swordfish, according to CNN. According to a medical report, she was stabbed in the upper left chest.
