Saif Ali Khan was attacked by an intruder at his Bandra residence in the early hours of Thursday. The actor sustained multiple stab wounds during a confrontation that escalated after the assailant confronted his maid.

Mumbai Crime Branch has alleged the Bandra Police of not taking the attack on actor Saif Ali Khan by an intruder seriously and not promptly alerting the other units like the Government Railway Police (GRP) to block his possible escape routes.

Saif Ali Khan, who suffered multiple injuries after he was stabbed by an intruder in his Bandra residence a day earlier, was shifted out of the intensive care unit of Lilavati Hospital. The actor has been advised rest and restricted movement for a week by his team of doctors.

Earlier reports suggested that Saif Ali Khan’s eldest son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, was the one who took his father to the hospital after the stabbing incident. However, a doctor from Lilavati Hospital has now clarified who actually brought the actor in.

The past two days have been distressing and mentally challenging for the family of Saif Ali Khan. For the unversed, the actor was attacked multiple times after an intruder broke into his Mumbai home.

Actor Saif Ali Khan’s unverified bill has been leaked online, and it shows an initial requested amount of Rs 35, 98, 700 against an approved amount of Rs 250, 00, 000. The document states that the actor suffered an injury to an unspecified region.
