With the NBA trade deadline set for next Thursday, the Utah Jazz have already made two trades, including one on Saturday that sent out two players to the Los Angeles Clippers. The nuts and bolts are as follows: Drew Eubanks and Patty Mills to the Clippers;

Barely an hour after Utah’s social media team sent out a birthday graphic for the 28-year-old Oregon State product, the Jazz front office traded Eubanks and Patty Mills to the Los Angeles Clippers for P.J. Tucker, Mo Bamba, a future second-round pick and cash, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania and Bobby Marks.

Bamba, 26, and Eubanks, 28, are a more direct part of the trade: The two centers have put up similar numbers for their respective teams this season. Bamba signed a one-year deal with the Clippers this offseason, while Eubanks signed a two-year contract in August that Los Angeles will pick up.
