Antonio Pierce remains the Las Vegas Raiders' coach. For now, anyway. Pierce spoke at a news conference wrapping up his team's 4-13 season on Monday and said he hasn't “been told anything different” about his job status.

In 26 games as head coach, Pierce posted a 9-17 record. After taking over as interim coach following Josh McDaniels' firing, Pierce gained some momentum, winning 5 of his last 9 games. However, he couldn't sustain that success in 2024, finishing with a disappointing 4-13 record.
