President’s Trump's push to eliminate DEI from Federal agencies through Executive Orders almost took out the story of an unlikely casualty: The Tuskegee Airmen.

Britt, a Republican, seemed to be taken aback as she reminded the public that Trump previously celebrated the Tuskegee Airmen during his first term in office and demanded that their history continue to be taught by the Air Force.

The U.S. Air Force on Sunday said it will resume instruction of trainees using a video about the first Black airmen in the U.S. military, known as the Tuskegee Airmen, which has passed review to ensure compliance with President Donald Trump's ban on diversity,
