The search is on for a missing contractor from Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT), according to the Coast Guard. Around 4 p.m. Saturday, the port authority notified the Coast Guard that Derrick L. Fluellen was last seen while working on the M/V Atlantic Oceanic at the PMT shipyard.
