Filmmaker S Shankar has clarified his statement after Anurag Kashyap cited his upcoming film Game Changer as an example of movies being made like Instagram Reels.

Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has misunderstood his statement on making Game Changer with a reel-friendly approach, director Shankar countered while promoting his upcoming Telugu film starring Ram Charan.

In a recent interview, Anurag Kashyap said filmmakers he considered “chefs” are becoming “caterers” because they make movies like Instagram Reels.
