RED WING, Minn. (KTTC) – Minnesota Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan visited Red Wing Thursday morning, celebrating the city’s tourism and success of the Borealis passenger train.

The music festival features nearly fifty artists over a three-day period at Natural Chimneys Park in Mount Solon this June.
