Stroud finished 17-for-31 with 185 yards and an interception. That doesn't tell the full story as several relatively easy passes flew wide of their intended target all night long and he just sort of looked lost out there.
Texans fans voiced their displeasure, booing the team before halftime as the Ravens jumped out to a dominant start and never trailed. Stroud said he understood why fans would have been so upset and sent them a message that there will be better days ahead.
With that, C.J. Stroud is seemingly performing worse than he did in his rookie campaign, which was flat-out electric. After the loss to the Ravens, Stroud addressed the differences from his rookie season to his sophomore season as he's seemingly in a slump.
