The Bears acquired a top-notch coach to nurture Caleb Williams and boost the offense. And the Lions have lost not only Johnson, but defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn, who was hired as the Jets' head coach.

General manager Brad Holmes and head coach Dan Campbell have built a team that is capable of making a deep run in the postseason. Unfortunately, seeds of doubt may begin to creep in after another disappointing loss in the postseason. Since the team first stepped foot on the field after the 2024 draft, the goal was to win the Super Bowl this season.

Dan Campbell would never say it out loud, but he knows the Detroit Lions will be just fine without their highly-touted coordinators.
