Four people have been stabbed in the Israeli capital of Tel Aviv after a man reportedly launched a frenzied attack in a popular nightlife area. A spokesperson for a nearby hospital said it was treating three people as a result of the incident, including one victim who was in "a serious condition with a knife wound to the neck".
