A panel of federal appeals judges has ruled that Tennessee can begin enforcing a law that requires pornographic websites to verify their visitors’ age.

Roughly 10 months after Texas blocked access to PornHub and other sites over age verification, the US Supreme Court will hear the case on Wednesday.

After being briefly put on hold, a law requiring adults to upload IDs, or other forms of identification, to access adult content will go into effect.
