NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Hampton Roads Transit will reduce services due to winter weather. On Saturday, Jan. 11, snow routes will go into effect. HRT will operate on limited, hourly bus service while the Tide light rail and Elizabeth River Ferry will run every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
