South Park has unveiled a first look at a thinner Cartman for its upcoming special. The MTV Entertainment Studios produced South Park: The End of Obesity special premieres on Paramount+ on May 24.

To this end, the Cartman homeless ending is no doubt one of the more divisive bits of South Park content among South Park fans, at least of the last few years.
