In just one year, Stone says they've kept 31,000 pounds of materials out of the landfill. Even better, they've created a community where anyone can create, through a wide variety of weekly classes.

Their vision, though, goes way beyond “reduce, reuse and recycle.” On my initial visit, I turned a corner and was moved to tears.

The potential environmental impact is also clear. The move to a circular economy—a system that aims to reduce, reuse and recycle materials—could address 70% of global greenhouse emissions.
