BETHESDA, Md. (TND) — People who own pressure cookers should be aware of this recall. It involves about 930,000 Insignia Multi-Function Pressure Cookers that pose a burn hazard.
Ninja-branded “Foodi OP300 Series Multi-Function Pressure Cookers” have been linked to reports of customers suffering second or third-degree burns.
Plus, a multi-cooker won’t heat up the entire kitchen like your oven can. This versatile wunderkind also has functions to pressure-cook, steam, sauté, and slow-cook.
Numerous electric pressure cookers and multi-cookers have been recalled in recent years, including Instant Pot-branded appliances and more than 900,000 Crock-Pot multi-cookers by Sunbeam Products.
