The Campbell-based West Valley Clean Water Authority, along with several other local agencies, is hosting an Earth Day poster design challenge, open to all K-12 students in Santa Clara County.

Local students are asked to enter a poster and essay contest sponsored by the Jefferson Parish Department of Environmental Affairs that examines a certain type of pollution and some solutions to it.
