CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Monday, June 16th is Mickey Minnich Day, day that celebrates a community leader's lifetime of leadership, service and financial support for families battling cancer.

Mickey and his friends are in town with a specials surprise--on Wednesday morning, June 25th, they'll be inflating a special hot air balloon in Portland's Pioneer Courthouse Square.

The earliest depiction of Mickey Mouse, who first appeared publicly in the film short “Steamboat Willie” in 1928, are now in the U.S. public domain.
