Williams led the Spartans to a 119-72 record including winning a state title in 2013. In fact, Coach Williams has been part of all 4 of Giles state football championship teams.

Although Lafayette Jeff finished the regular season 5-20, Williams learned from an early age to keep his cool. No shouting at teammates and certainly not giving a hint or scent that he might be angry.
