PINE RIDGE, S.D. (KELO) -- The shooting at a Pine Ridge Pow Wow was an isolated event between two individuals and not a mass shooting, according to Oglala Sioux Tribe President Frank Star Comes Out.

LONG BRANCH -- City officials had not added any security measures or placed a curfew at the beach, a day after a person was shot and killed near Pier Village.
