Updated: Apr 28, 2024 / 08:09 PM EDT CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — The second annual Gnome One Walks Alone 5K run and walk for children’s mental health awareness kicked off Sunday morning.

More than 130 runners and walkers gathered at Chesapeake's Oak Grove Lake Park on Sunday morning in support of children battling anxiety, depression and other mental health struggles.
