Choose a Name Card Generator Launch Microsoft Word and click the File tab. Select "New" and click once on the "Cards" button on the top row of the Available Templates pane.

Start Microsoft Word. Click the "File" tab. Click "Open." Navigate to the document with the business cards and double-click the name of the file, which opens the card template in a new Word window.
