Duane Johnson, 52, went before the state Board of Pardons and Parole for a hearing on Friday at the Osborn Correctional Institution in Somers. The board voted no on his parole.

Duane Johnson was also convicted of murder, even though he did not pull the trigger. But, he helped with the robbery, did not stop his brother, and didn’t help Trooper Bagshaw.
