Police say 90-year-old Clent Morris was arrested Saturday evening. Officers were sent to Sheridan Avenue just after 6:20 p.m. for reports of shots fired.
They found a woman with gunshot wounds and entered the home to find 90-year-old Clent Morris with a wound to his eye, police said. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Stewart was a standout basketball player at Union High School where he helped Union capture a 6A state championship in 2004 and was the state tournament MVP honors.
