OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Residents living in City View apartments have been put on notice to move out of the troubled complex by June 30.

Merchants Bank of Indiana, which loaned City View $16.5 million in 2022, alleges that the last required payment was made on April 10, 2024. Since then, no further payments have been made.
