Bulwell Academy has explained why so many staff have chosen to leave after it emerged that 172 have moved on in the academic years from 2018/19 to 2022/23.

Bulwell Academy had more than 1,000 pupils during the time of its last inspection in October 2022, during which Ofsted found the school to be Inadequate.
