Protesters plan to smoke on the Capitol steps at 4:20 p.m. in response to HB 445, which will ban smokable hemp products.

The "Smoke Out the Capitol" event on June 28 — notably at 4:20 p.m. — will be held at state Capitol building, with participants smoking hemp on the Capitol steps.
