The City of Virginia Beach sent a letter to Something in the Water festival organizers informing them they are in breach of their contract and that they have only days to resolve the issues. It comes after a city council work session on Tuesday where Mayor Bobby Dyer recommended considering Something in the Water officially in breach of contract for failing to provide a lineup or announce a date for ticket sales.
