USAA has named board member Juan C. Andrade as its next leader, replacing retiring CEO and President Wayne Peacock. After a four-year stint as Everest’s chief executive, Juan Andrade is stepping down to become USAA’s CEO and president, effective April 2, 2025. He replaces Wayne Peacock, who announced his retirement from the company last August.

Financial services company USAA announced its future president and CEO on Wednesday, according to a press release.

Andrade has served on the Board of Directors for the last four years. He succeeds Wayne Peacock, who announced his retirement in August 2024.
