The Red Raiders are looking to bounce back from their first Big 12 loss, a surprising 24-point setback at home to Baylor, which had lost its first three conference games.

Sonny Dykes and the TCU Horned Frogs proved road warriors last weekend after a 13-7 victory in Salt Lake City against the Utah Utes. The narrow win is much in part due to the stellar defense employed by Andy Avalos, which held the Utes to just 267 total yards.

TCU may have saved its season with a road win against Utah and a path to a bowl game is much clearer now. However, the Red Raiders will come into Saturday’s game motivated to avoid another conference loss and to stay in the race for a slot in the Big 12 title game.

Coming off a drubbing at home against Baylor, Texas Tech open a two-game road trip starting against TCU on Saturday.
