The Princess Royal returned to Southmead Hospital in Bristol, England, where she spent five days in June 2024 due to a horse-related injury at Gatcombe Park estate, her country home.

Princess Anne returned to the hospital to thank the team who treated her after she sustained a concussion and injuries in a horse-related "incident" in June 2024.

The royal told the staff at Bristol’s Southmead Hospital that she doesn’t remember the details of her injury, adding “sadly, I don’t have huge memories of being in here either.”
