A severe cold wave has affected life in North India. The cold wave and fog continue to wreak havoc in Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Rajasthan. The constantly dropping temperatures and visibility have forced people to stay indoors.
