STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.-- On Inauguration Day, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy asked President Donald Trump to follow up on a campaign promise to end congestion pricing. In a letter dated Jan. 20, Murphy asked Trump to examine the federal approval that the controversial tolling program received.
