Ohio State Buckeyes coach Ryan Day called out the NCAA's lack of enforcement on tampering amid rumors that Jeremiah Smith was offered $4.5 million to enter the transfer portal.

Smith finished his freshman campaign with 76 catches, 1315 yards and 15 touchdowns. He also added a rushing score, so the Ohio State star is undoubtedly one of the best at his position after just one season.

Smith had an all-time freshman season, and he proved to be the best receiver in the country. Unfortunately, he still has a few collegiate seasons left, and some are making the argument that he should maximize what he can make, whether that be at Ohio State or elsewhere.
