OLMOS PARK, Texas — A business associate of Brad Simpson, whose wife, Suzanne Simpson, has been missing for 16 days, has been arrested on a charge of tampering with evidence. DPS said Tuesday the Texas Rangers and Olmos Park police arrested James Vallee Cotter at his home Monday. A statement from DPS reads in part:
