NORTH TEXAS — The first three days of early voting in North Texas have already raised concerns with some voters about the system. "That particular polling machine should've been shut down and examined right then, but they continued to let people use it," said Tarrant County voter James Carpenter.

DALLAS — Tens of thousands of North Texans turned out to vote Monday, the first day of early voting in Texas. And the first day wasn't without issues: A software glitch at the polls caused delays in South Dallas, and other lengthy delays were reported in Garland as well. But the speed bumps didn't stop voters from casting their ballots.
