The search is on for a driver who fatally struck a 21-year-old woman in Cumberland County and, police say, then drove away.

Authorities are searching for the hit-and-run driver who killed a man in Westminster late Monday. It happened at around 10:20 p.m. near Westminster Boulevard and Yockey Street, in between Newland Street and Magnolia Street,
