Country-rap star Colt Ford will make his triumphant return to the stage after nearly dying from a heart attack last April.

The country music singer, who had to be revived twice after a heart attack last year, took to social media to let his fans know he is ready to hit the road. “What’s up y’all, it’s your boy Colt Ford,” he said in a video he posted.
