BJP youth workers ‘stopped’ Devi from singing ‘Ishwar Allah Tere Naam’ at a party event held to mark the birth centenary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Bhojpuri folk singer Devi claims she was stopped from singing the bhajan 'Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram' due to objections to a specific line at a BJP-organised event in Bihar, prompting outrage and calls for action.

A ruckus was created and the singer had to later apologise. The singer alleged that the men belonged to an organisation called 'Hindu Putra Sangathan'.
