Hello can you only go to first platform at Sugarloaf mountain in Rio de janiero? I'm afraid of heights so but sure I can go to summit. Will cable car take you down from first platform?

There's no vaccination requirement to ride the cable car to Urca and Sugarloaf. You might bring a mask and copy of your original vaccination just in case
