To my knowledge the tour to the Similian Islands only leaves from Phuket. Therefore you would have to fly, go by bus or by car to Phuket. Phuket is 844 km from Bangkok. Flying …

To my knowledge the tour to the Similian Islands only leaves from Phuket. Therefore you would have to fly, go by bus or by car to Phuket. Phuket is 844 km from Bangkok. Flying time 1 hour 10 minutes. By road 11 hours 17 minutes.

hi it depends on the weather, sea, tides etc. when i went in Feb we had to leave the islands early to get back because of rough seas.

I think you should check with your tour guide. There were so many different tour guides on the island its hard to say either.
