The 2025 EAT- Lancet (previously referred to as EAT- Lancet 2.0) Global Consultations ran from June 2022 to June 2023 and engaged the public and other interested stakeholders who affect or are affected by the global food system in discussions about the transition towards healthy, sustainable, and equitable food systems.
